The Opportunity
From September 2026, we’re expanding our student pathways with an exciting new post-16 offer. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a developing provision and make a meaningful impact on students at a crucial stage of their education. As part of this expansion, we are seeking to recruit teachers across a range of subjects, including English, Mathematics, Media, Animal Care, Science and Art.
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will help create learning experiences in which students feel happy and safe, build lasting memories, and are surrounded by people who value their individuality, support their success, and foster their personal growth. You’ll play a vital role in implementing our ethos of providing Accessible, Approachable, and Aspirational support, committed to our mission:
‘To balance the academic and personal development outcomes of students based on their individual needs and aspirations. Utilising parental engagement to ensure that each student is appropriately prepared for adulthood.’
If you’re ready to help shape something meaningful in a school that genuinely values its staff, we’d love to hear from you.
