The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) has launched an extended out of hours advice line for people living in the Cheshire and Wirral area.

Direct dial contact: 0151 488 8453 Available from 9-10pm (Mon – Fri) and 12-8pm (Sat and Sun)

The advice line is open to everyone (children, young people, relatives, teachers, other professionals) and allows people to talk to a mental health professional if they are concerned or would like advice about children or young people’s mental health.

Thinkuknow is the educuation programme of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre which protects children both online and offline.

You can find advice and guidance about staying safe when you’re on a phone, tablet or computer. There are also a number of activity packs for use at home.
