At Utopia we do everything we can to make starting with us as smooth as possible by working with parents and students to find the right support

At Utopia we focus on the needs of students with additional needs. These students may be ‘lost to learning’, experiencing emotional based school avoidance or be out of school with a placement hard to establish. Students who attend Utopia are required to have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

Utopia will always seek to work collaboratively to meet the individual needs of students with SEND, as such we will utilise our extensive network of professional and community partners to provide personalised interventions for young people.

Interventions to support students may include but are not limited to;

  • Community Interventions
  • Occupational Health
  • Speech & Language
  • Dyslexia Interventions
  • Bespoke support
  • Educational Psychologists
  • Counselling
Referrals

At Utopia we receive referrals via the Local Authority SEN Commissioning team. All referrals to Utopia are managed by our Operations Manager in conjunction with the Head Teacher.

Enquiries and referrals should be directed to Danny Cooke

Further information on admissions can be found in our Admissions Policy located on the policies page of the website.
