All applicants will be required to undertake a comprehensive recruitment and selection process that includes:
- Completion of an Application Form or CV, which elicits information regarding an applicants employment history
- Completion of a Self Disclosure Form pertaining to past criminal offences
- Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the UK
- Verification of professional qualifications
- Screening via an enhanced DBS check
- Two references, including one regarding the applicant’s most recent post working with children
- An interview to acceptable standards to judge suitability of the applicant
