The Opportunity

Utopia is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably experienced Office Administrator to support the day to day running of our school.

As a school we have recently expanded our provision to include a 6th Form site and the successful applicant will have a key role in developing the site and providing an efficient and professional administrative support to the Senior Leadership team and the wider academic delivery team.

What We’re Looking For

Core responsibilities for this role will include diary management; production and effective management of key documents; liaison with staff, students, parents and external contacts; taking minutes of meetings; supporting exams administration, budget tracking, setting up and managing filing and recording systems for key tasks and dealing with any other day-to-day matters that arise in-line with school procedures and statutory requirements.
